About Lauren
Your story is at the heart of our work
Hi, I’m Lauren, a Canadian Certified Counsellor and the founder of Nutbrown Counselling in Kelowna, BC.
It is one of the greatest privileges of my work to be trusted with someone’s story. I look forward to seeing my clients, hearing about what has been happening in their lives, and making space for whatever feels most important to them that day.
I often support thoughtful, capable adults who feel worn down by intrusive thoughts, food and body image distress, compulsions, perfectionism, or a mind that feels loud and difficult to settle. I understand that these patterns may have developed for a reason. Together, we can approach them with compassion while developing steadier, more flexible ways of coping.
